Build Trades is transforming how high school students in Greater Cleveland discover and pursue careers in the skilled trades industry. Powered by the nationally recognized Home Builders Institute (HBI), our Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT) program delivers hands-on skilled trades education — at no cost to students.
