What is imPACT Day?
imPACT Day is a one-day “speed meeting” job-placement event connecting pre-apprenticeship high-school senior students (certificate program) with construction, trades, and allied companies for rapid interviews and networking.

Exhibitor & Sponsorship Packages
Standard Table Top- $500
6′ clothed table, 2 chairs, company listing on event program and website, 2 exhibitor passes, inclusion in student rotation schedule, digital student resume packet.

5-minute speech during lunch periods, signage, social media post, 6′ clothed table, list of student profiles
Exhibitor Responsibilities & Guidelines
- Provide company flyers/handouts and any recruitment materials
- Bring laptop/tablet for digital applications (paper applications allowed)
- Background checks/offers: employers should follow their own hiring protocols. No implied guarantees from event organizers.
- Staffing: have at least one representative per active interview lane; we recommend two
- Setup/Breakdown times must be respected
